Tennessee Fitness Spa

Life changing experience with skilled, friendly staff in a beautiful, quiet setting. I lost weight, gained strength, healed a compressed nerve in my spine and made genuine friendships. It was an incredible 3 weeks. I would encourage the commitment of a 3-4 week stay to make changes that can last.

The best fitness camp ever! The food is excellent and healthy, the employees there are the best the fitness instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful with all your fitness needs! I love the place! If I could give 10 stars I would!

Went there on Sunday to hike. Did not visit the spa. Hike was beautiful. Very easy and paved trail to the arches. Was a great day. Beautiful location.

Tennessee Fitness Spa is a wonderful place to go. Whether you are looking to lose weight, get in shape, or just unwind and get away for a bit, this place is great. The food is wonderful and the staff is the best.

I have only visited the natural bridge and ice cave. VERY COOL! It is open to the public to visit on Sundays. Make sure to stop by the office first.
